This is a 2015 Topps Buyback 1974 Tom Brady baseball card.  The card is #455 and is in NM condition.  Topps inserts original cards that they have bought from the secondary market and reinserts them into its newer products.  They place a foil logo seal on the front of the card to designate that it's an original card.
